Position: H&S Supervisor (8 Vacancies)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Company Site Representative
Deadline: 12th April 2025
The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is a strategic oil pipeline line construction project from Uganda ti Tanzania. The pipeline will cover over 1443 km transporting crude oil from Hoima Uganda to Chongoleani Tanga.
EACOP is currently hiring for H&S Supervisors who will focus on Health, Environmental and Safety standards in different projects
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting and implementing HSE Improvement Plans
- Conducting risk assessment and ensuring proper safety management
- Overseeing contractor safety practices and ensuring compliance to EACOP standards
- Providing training and mentoring to local teams
- Participating in safety audits and incidents investigations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HSE or equivalent
- NEBOSH Diploma/IGC or relevant certification
- Eight years of working experience in oil and gas
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 and HSE management systems
- Able to work in multicultural environments
