Job Overview

At Seaowl Group we are currently hiring for H&S Coordinator/Admin to join our working team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania as sellected  candidate you will be required to ensure all preservation tasks adhere to project standards, codes and safety regulations while maintaining compliance with industry best practices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • As sellected candidate you will be required to promote strong safety culture by following HSE policies
  • As sellected candidate at Seaowl Group you will be required to implement and communicate safe work practices at project sites.
  • As sellected candidate at Seaowl Group you will be required to supporting and reinforcing the Zero Harm program.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to work in a multicultural environment while ensuring ethical compliance.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to assisting with data analysis tasks related to HSE processes.
  • As sellected candidate you will be required to manage reports and  records in a filing systems.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Diploma or degree in HSE, administration or IT
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience as an HSE Administrator within a project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with HSE metrics, reporting systems and electronic data management.
  • Good in MS Office packages such as Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to organize and coordinate meetings, functions and project events.
  • Expertise in graphic design
