About ZanTours

ZanTours is Zanzibar’s leading Destination Management Company (DMC), known for delivering exceptional travel experiences. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Head of Workshop to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our workshop operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

✔ Team Leadership & Management

Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of local workshop staff.
Foster a positive work environment and ensure high-performance standards.

✔ Operational Oversight

Oversee daily workshop activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain quality control and safety standards in all processes.

✔ Collaboration & Process Improvement

Work closely with other departments to coordinate workshop activities.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

✔ Resource & Inventory Management

Monitor and manage inventory, tools, and resources to ensure optimal workflow.

✔ Reporting & Compliance

Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on workshop performance and improvements.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
✔ Proven experience in workshop management, maintenance, or operations.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
✔ Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus!
