POSITION: Head of Support Services
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Job Type: Full-time
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- As sellected candidate you will also provide strategic leadership and ensuring technical support is provided to the team.
- In this position you will be required to manage and implement support operations that goes along with DRC strategic goals.
- As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure the provision of rapid emergency response capability within procurement and transport systems
- You will be required to supervise, audit and ensuribg compliance with DRC operational standards
- As Sellected candidate you will contribute to the global development initiatives basically in procurement and financial accountability.
- You will make sure your work comply with DRC policies

What are We Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Candidate with a degree in International Development and Economics.
- You have at least seven years of working experience in operations management especially in humanitarian and NGOs.
