Green Telecom Tanzania is currently hiring for Head of Sales to join their working team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. In this position youbwill directly report to the Chief operating Officer at Dar es salaam branch in Tanzania. You r Primary duties will be to create business framework through identifying SME prospects and maintaining of relationships with clients. You will buld and manage high performance sales team, by providing coaching and mentoring so that to meet sales targets. You will develop and maintain good sales budget and plans so that to enable Sales plans to enable good sales operations
