Cereals and Other Produce Regulatory Authority (COPRA) is currently hiring for Head of Public Relations and Communication Unit to join their working team in Dodoma, Tanzania. As Sellected candidate you will be required to lead the strategic communication efforts so that to enhance the organization effort and media presence including stakeholder engagement
COPRA works under the Ministry of Agriculture with the mission of strengthening food security and promoting market competitiveness in Tanzania Agricultural sector
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading and implementing PR and communication strategies
- Managing media relations and public Campaigns
- Overseeing content creation for press releases, articles and digital platforms
- Fostering relationships with media and partners
- Supervising with internal communication and managing the corporate identity

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in PR, Mass Communication, Journalism or related
- Eight years of working experience in public relations or communication
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Proficiency in digital media and social media strategy
- Experience in Agriculture sector
