Vision Fund Tanzania is currently hiring for Head of culture and administration to join their working team in Dar es salaam, Tanzania.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategies
- Developing and implementing HR and people strategies
- Leading recruitmentand policy updates.
- Managing compensation and staff recognition programs.
- Overseeing performance management and staff development plans.
- Supporting procurement and property management.
Qualifications
- Master’s or postgraduate diploma in Human Resources or related
- Bachelor’s in HR, Social Sciences or Psychology.
- Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Good Communication skills
- Fluent in English and Swahili language
