Flightlink Tanzania is currently hiring for Head of Operations Control Centre to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This position requires someone with experience in aviation and ability to manage real- time operations in fast paced environment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily flight operations in ensuring timely performance
- Handling disruption, delay and irregular operations
- Managing aircraft and crew scheduling
- Ensuring compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards
- Leading emergency responses and criss management
- Supervising and supporting the OCC team

Qualifications
- Experience in airline operations
- Knowledge of aviation rules and safety protocols
- Good leadership and decision making skills
- Knowledge of dispatch systems
- Good with PSS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport
