Flightlink is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Head of Operation Control Centre (OCC) to oversee airline flight operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant performance. Key Responsibilities
✈ Oversee Flight Operations – Ensure efficient scheduling and on-time performance.
✈ Manage Disruptions – Handle flight delays, diversions, and cancellations effectively.
✈ Optimize Resources – Manage crew and aircraft scheduling for maximum efficiency.
✈ Ensure Compliance – Uphold strict safety and regulatory standards.
✈ Lead Crisis Response – Coordinate emergency and irregular operations.
✈ Supervise Team – Oversee OCC staff and collaborate with key departments.

Key Skills & Qualifications
✔ Extensive experience in airline flight operations management.
✔ Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety standards.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
✔ Proficiency in flight planning and dispatch systems.
✔ Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment.
✔ Knowledge of Passenger Service Systems (PSS), including Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, and Galileo Travelport.
