Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving the growth of Merchant payments
- Collaborating with operations and tech teams to ensure smooth performance of payment platform.
- Managing budgets and forecasting profitability
- Building and leading a team to ensure performance
- Identifying and securing strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Technology or related
- Seven years of working experience in mobile money services
- MBA candidate is added advantage
- Understanding of Merchant payments and financial performance
