Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and experienced professional to lead our Talent Management, Learning Culture, and Leadership initiatives. This role involves shaping and implementing programs that align with our business strategy, ensuring NBC remains a leader in talent development and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Development (40%)

  • Align talent strategies with business goals to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Act as a thought leader in the Future of Work, identifying innovative talent solutions.
  • Leverage diverse recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Develop and manage talent market maps for effective workforce planning.
  • Design and oversee talent programs that support employee development.
  • Provide expert guidance on all talent-related matters.
  • Equip HR with the necessary skills to lead the evolving workplace.
  • Ensure candidates align with NBC’s culture, values, and technical role requirements.

Employer Branding & Employee Value Proposition (10%)

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position NBC as an employer of choice.
  • Promote awareness of NBC’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) among key stakeholders.
  • Enhance the candidate and employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Identify and address diversity and inclusion gaps while setting measurable goals.

Learning & Leadership Development (40%)

  • Guide the organization in preparing for the Future of Work through targeted learning initiatives.
  • Deliver leadership and learning programs that address internal capability gaps.
  • Equip managers with tools to connect talent development to business growth.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in leadership development.
  • Strengthen external networks to enhance NBC’s employer reputation and attract top talent.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to align learning, leadership, and talent strategies with the business agenda.
  • Act as a consultant to HRBPs, ensuring seamless execution of leadership and learning initiatives.
  • Lead the design and delivery of tailored learning and development programs.
  • Optimize learning investments by leveraging internal capabilities and external best practices.
  • Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of leadership and learning programs.

Governance, Risk & Compliance (10%)

  • Educate managers on People Management Standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Talent, Learning, and Leadership policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the People Experience team to uphold governance standards.
  • Oversee compliance with talent acquisition and learning systems.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least five years of leadership experience in Talent, Learning, and Leadership within a complex organization.
  • Proven track record of translating business priorities into actionable talent strategies.
  • Experience working with external vendors and knowledge of industry best practices.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Business Management, HR, or Commerce.
  • Coaching certification and facilitation training.
  • Experience in a multinational or multi-segment environment.
  • Awareness of cultural diversity and legal employment regulations.
