Duties and Responsibilities
- Developinv and executing a robust internal audit plan.
- Leading and managing team of auditors.
- Providing strategic insights to senior management based on audit results.
- Evaluating with internal controls and risk management frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related
- Candidate with Master’s or MBA is added advantage
- CIA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification is required.
- Twenty years of working experience in financial and Operational audit
- Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
- Good communication skills
- Leadership skills
