Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving customer experience initiatives across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve service consistency.
- Leading and coaching the customer service team for performance excellence.
- Analyzing feedback and implementing service improvement strategies.
- Overseeig customer complaints.
- Advocating for customer needs at the executive level.
- Monitoring service KPIs and support data-driven and decision making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, ICT, Marketing or related
- At least 6 years of working experience in banking or financial institutions with 2 years in a call center.
- Good communication skills
