Job Overview

We are looking for a HBB Sales Head – Enterprise to lead our Home Broadband (HBB) sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for channel creation and management, sales execution, technology adoption, partner onboarding, and driving market intelligence to ensure strong business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Creation & Management

  • Develop and manage sales and distribution channels for ODU, FTTx, and Router devices.
  • Drive sales efficiency through insights on productivity and regular reviews with supervisors and channel partners.
  • Conduct training sessions for the direct sales team to boost performance.

2. Technology & Market Intelligence

  • Understand Fibre and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) solutions.
  • Maintain a database of clusters, technology penetration, and infrastructure status for better sales planning.
  • Track market trends, customer behavior, and competition to improve our offerings.
  • Conduct customer insight sessions to understand their pain points and service needs.

3. Product & Service Development

  • Collaborate with group teams to develop enterprise customer-focused service propositions.
  • Hold focus groups with enterprise clients to enhance product differentiation.

4. Partner Identification & Onboarding

  • Identify, onboard, and support infrastructure partners for fiber rollout and ODU installations.
  • Manage zonal allocations for technical partners and ensure installation targets are met.
  • Work closely with the sales team for seamless execution of on-ground activities.

5. Go-To-Market Strategy & Sales Execution

  • Define and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Network, Marketing, Finance, and SCM teams to drive execution.
  • Lead the Fiber to Home (FTTH) and Fixed Wireless team, ensuring smooth distribution operations.
  • Conduct daily engagements with sales supervisors to review sales activities and target achievement.
  • Monitor stock availability and ensure sales materials (flyers, banners, etc.) are provided for market activations.
  • Track and convert sales leads using appropriate platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
    • MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years leading high-performing teams in complex business environments.
    • 3-5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in telecom, SME, or FMCG sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Understanding of telecom trends, market size, competition landscape, and technology (FTTx, 5G, LTE, IWAN, etc.).
    • Familiarity with enterprise distribution channels in telecom and related industries like TV and IT peripherals.
  • Key Skills:
    • Proven leadership & ability to influence outcomes.
    • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with resilience to meet business targets.
    • Excellent analytical & commercial acumen.
    • Team-building skills, as this is a growing business unit.
