POSITION: Guest Relations Officer 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing good service by ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable stay.
  • Greeting guests warmly upon their arrivals at the Hotel.
  • Overseeing check-in procedures and ensuring rooms are ready and guests are guided smoothly
  • Monitoring daily bookings and ensuring all rooms are fully prepared before guest arrival.
  • Coordinating with depertment of housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues
  • Supervising guest departures by ensuring all financial transactions and check-out details are handled efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous work experience as a Guest Relations Officer or related in the hospitality industry 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and abilities to handle guest concerns
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English language both spoken and written.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related
