Job Overview
We are looking for two talented and creative Web Developers & Graphic Designers to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop user-friendly websites while creating visually compelling graphics for digital and print media. This is a full-time, office-based position in Dar es Salaam.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performing websites.
- Create engaging visual content for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce graphics that enhance brand identity and user engagement.
- Ensure website designs are functional, user-friendly, and optimized for speed and SEO.
- Stay updated with the latest design and web development trends to improve project outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
- Familiarity with web standards, security practices, and website management tools.
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Solid knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in web development and graphic design.
