Jhpiego Tanzania is currently hiring for Grants Officer to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing grants and ensuring compliance with funding agreements.
- Tracking milestones and coordinating payments with MUHAS.
- Reviewing budgets, deliverables and technical reports.
- Maintaining updated sub award records and systems.
- Providing training and support on Jhpiego policies and procedures.
- Supporting financial reviews and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring timely submission of financial and programmatic reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Project Management.
- 5 to 6 years of working experience in grants or project finance roles preferably in NGOs.
- Knowledge of USAID rules and Tanzanian tax laws
- Good communication skills.
- Good in Microsoft Office packages especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Problem Solving skills
