At FHI360 Tanzania we are now looking for a Grants Manager to join our working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

POSITION: Grants Manager

Location: Tanzania

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview

As sellected Grants Manager, you will lead a team through ensuring that you will overseeing all grant related works including:

Designing plus implementing of all grant programs
You will be required to develop grants manuals plussolicitation processes
You will be required to ensure the company comply with all policies
You will will manage grant performance and ensuring financial oversight
You will be required to Assess and support capacity development for grantees

In this positions You will be required to work near the Finance Director while ensuring smooth annual audits as instructed

Who are We Looking For

We are for a professional candidate with the following qualifications and experience as shown below

Essential Qualifications

Education: Candidate with Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Master’s degree is added advantage
Experience: Candidate with at least Eight years of experience in contract management.
Negotiation and Management: Cand with at least five years of experience in contracts and agreements
Donor Relations: You have experience working with international donors with good understanding of funding regulations
Grant Expertise: Candidate with experience in management of small to medium-sized NGOs.
