About FCS

We are seeking graduates from 2022 onward who have a strong academic background, a passion for social impact, and a desire to grow in one of the following areas:

Available Traineeship Areas

1. Accounts

Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to process financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting.
Willingness to learn Smart ERP, grants management, and audit support.
Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and financial efficiency.

2. General Communications

Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Social media management and content creation experience.
Event planning and execution skills.
Passion for engaging with diverse audiences.

3. Programs

Deep interest in development issues and community engagement.
Strong organizational and report-writing skills.
Ability to develop activity concepts and communicate across teams effectively.

4. Admin & Operations

Interest in financial management, administrative support, and logistics.
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Commitment to supporting operational efficiency.

Who Can Apply?

Recent graduates (2022 or later) with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Individuals with strong academic performance (high GPA or academic awards are a plus).
Candidates eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to FCS’s mission.
