About FCS

FCS is a leading independent Tanzanian non-profit organization dedicated to supporting civil society organizations (CSOs) through grants and capacity-building programs. Our mission is to empower citizens by enhancing their engagement in Tanzania’s development process.

We are seeking graduates from 2022 onward who have a strong academic background, a passion for social impact, and a desire to grow in one of the following areas:

Available Traineeship Areas

1. Accounts

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to process financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Willingness to learn Smart ERP, grants management, and audit support.
  • Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and financial efficiency.

2. General Communications

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Social media management and content creation experience.
  • Event planning and execution skills.
  • Passion for engaging with diverse audiences.

3. Programs

  • Deep interest in development issues and community engagement.
  • Strong organizational and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to develop activity concepts and communicate across teams effectively.

4. Admin & Operations

  • Interest in financial management, administrative support, and logistics.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to supporting operational efficiency.

Who Can Apply?

  • Recent graduates (2022 or later) with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Individuals with strong academic performance (high GPA or academic awards are a plus).
