About the Graduate Trainee Program
Jaza Energy’s Graduate Trainee Program offers an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates to gain hands-on experience in key operational functions. Through this program, participants will engage in a structured learning process designed to enhance their skills, knowledge, and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in onboarding programs to understand Jaza Energy’s culture, policies, and operational procedures.
- Complete specialized courses that build technical and professional competencies within the organization.
- Rotate across various departments to gain exposure to different roles and responsibilities.
- Work under the mentorship of experienced professionals to develop industry insights and best practices.
- Assist teams with projects, assignments, and company initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems, address challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, achievements, and progress.
- Contribute fresh ideas, suggestions, and insights to ongoing discussions and projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and emerging best practices.
- Embrace challenges, learn from setbacks, and demonstrate resilience and determination throughout the program.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or Ordinary Diploma in Business Studies, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, Education, Statistics, Community Development Studies, Rural Development Studies, Psychology, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or any related field from a recognized university.
- 0 to 1 year of work experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Adaptability to work in different environments and roles.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for community service and impact-driven initiatives.
- Open-minded, flexible, and eager to embrace new experiences.
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
