Public Service Recruitment Secretariat(PSRS) is independent government institution that was brought up Basing on public service Act No 8 of 2002 and letter amended by Act No 18 of 2007 section 29(1). The institute was given the responsibility of conducting recruitment and facilitate fair, transparent and merit-based recruitment for public service jobs across Tanzania
PSRS is driven by the vision of becoming a centre of excellence in public service with also aims of improving quality of public service through ensuring equal opportunities for all qualified candidates.
