Qualification
- Fifteen years driving retail sales in a life insurance company
- Handled a minimum life insurance sales portfolio of TZs 15b
- Five years of working experience in Profit management
- Five years managing partnership channel eg Bank or large broker
- Associate diploma from ACIII UK or III India or LOMA USA: CIM Degree or MBA in Sales and Marketing or General Management
