POSITION: Front Desk Receptionist

About the Position

We are currently hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our working team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. As the first point of contact at the Hotel, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing reservations by handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out of customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
Managing reservations efficiently ny ensuring accuracy in bookings and guest requests.
Handling phone calls and emailsand providing assistance to customers.
Processing check-ins and check-outs and ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
Maintaining accuracy of guests records and payments.
Providing Assistance with clerical and administrative tasks
Providing information about the hotel forexample hotel services to customers

What are We Looking For

✔ Proficiency in phone etiquette and front desk operations.
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and work independently
✔ Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
✔ Previous work experience in the hospitality industry is added advantage.
