Key Responsibilities

✔ Deliver outstanding customer service from guest arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable stay.
✔ Greet guests warmly by name (if known) and escort them to their rooms for a personalized experience.
✔ Provide hotel tours and assist guests with information about hotel facilities and activities.
✔ Stay informed about local attractions, promotions, and events to provide recommendations.
✔ Manage room rates and occupancy levels, ensuring efficient reservations.
✔ Handle check-ins and check-outs seamlessly, ensuring all charges are accurately recorded.
✔ Protect guest privacy by handling personal information with confidentiality.
✔ Demonstrate full knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and service standards to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Education: A degree in Hospitality or a related field.
✅ Experience: Prior experience in Front Office within a hotel setting is preferred.
✅ Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera experience is an advantage).
✅ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
