Financial Services Officer (Insurance and Investment) at Yas

Location:  Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Job Position: Financial Services Officer

Are you experienced professional in the field of insurance and investment?.  At Yas Tanzania we are looking for a Finance Services Officer to join our working team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.  In this position you will play a key role in managing and expanding insurance and investment services.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: candidate woth advanced Diploma in Insurance
• Experience: At least Three years of working experience in the insurance industry

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Insurance Products: Overseeing full lifecycle of Mixx by Yas Insurance products by ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Build Strong Partnerships: as Sellected candidate in finance you will be required to create relationships with insurance partners through providing expert support and guidance.
• Develop Sales Strategies: you will be required in creating and implementing sales strategies that will boost on insurance business growth and increase market presence.
• Marketing and Awareness Campaigns: As Sellected candidate in finance you will planning and executing both Above the Line and Below the Line marketing campaigns.
• Monitor Performance: Tracking partnership performance so that to ensure business objectives are met.
• Investment Services: Supporting investment-related sales strategies through providing financial products which are such as such as:
  • Stocks
  • Bonds
  • Mutual Funds
  • Property
  • Money Market Funds
  • Retirement Plans
• Product Development and Execution: Leading the design, implementation and commercial strategies for insurance and investment products.
• Enhance Product Penetration: Driving engagement with partner products through targeted marketing and educational campaigns.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Experience in Mobile and Digital Payments is dded advantage
