Position: Finance Manager (FM-HBS-01)

Number of Positions: 1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
  • Manage tax planning, audits, and financial risk assessment.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CFA certification is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho, or Xero.
