World Renew Tanzania is currently hiring for Finance and Administration Manager to join their working environment in Mwanza, Tanzania.
World Renew Tanzania is a relief and development Christian Reformed Church based in America. It was registered in Tanzania as Non governmental organisation (NGO) working with the government and partners in Geita, Shinyanga, Tabora, Mara and Mwanza
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing annual budgets and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Supervising finance and admin staff in ensuring strong performance and accountability.
- Monitoring expenditures and generating accurate financial reports.
- Leading monthly bank reconciliations and internal audits in compliance with global standards.
- Strengthening financial capacity of local partners through training and audits.
- Maintaining proper insurance and office assets.
- Ensuring compliance with Tanzanian laws and updating financial policies in collaboration with the Country Director.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related
- Professional certificate such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is required
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as senior finance or in administrative position
- Proficient in financial software such as SAGE 50, QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Swahili languages is required.
- Familiarity with NGO/FBO donor reporting standards is added advantage
