• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture or related
• Willingness to manage workers in Agricultural activities such as harvesting and plantation
• Fresh graduates or leavers are welcome to apply

Key Duties Responsibilities

As selected candidate, you will be required to do the following duties;

• Supervising daily field operations such as harvesting
• Ensuring all work is performed based on company plantation standards
• Providing guidance and support to workers to enhance efficiency and productivity
