Position: Field Officer Supervisor

Job Opportunity Reference No: 06/25
Reporting to: You will report to the Business Center Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As sellected candidate you will be required to set and agree on performance targets within a team
As sellected candidate you will be required to develop daily activity plans in coordination with Field Officers.
As sellected candidate you will be required to monitor and evaluate the performance of Field Officers.
As sellected candidate you will be required to provide continuous coaching and training to Field Officers.
As sellected candidate you will be required to oversee the management and performance of FAST loans.

Main Tasks

As sellected candidate you will be required to identify training needs for different staff involved in FAST products.
As sellected candidate you will be required to plan and coordinate training sessions in collaboration with the People and Culture team for Field Officers, Business Center Managers and other VFT staff.
As sellected candidate you will be required to monitor Field Officers in their daily performance by ensuring loan operations to run smoothly.
As sellected candidate you will be required to track loan performance and financial services provided to FAST groups.
As sellected candidate you will be required to develop and implement a rollout plan.
As sellected candidate you will be required to support the recruitment team in hiring and onboarding of Field Officers under collaboration with the People Culture team.
As sellected candidate you will be required to work with the IT team in setting up digital channels.
As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure accurate reporting of FAST loans in the core banking system and Bankbi.
As sellected candidate you will be required to submit quarterly client reports on time.
As sellected candidate you will be required to coordinate and support impact surveys.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Candidate with Bachelor degree in one of the following fields:

Rural Development
Sales and Marketing
Business Administration
Economics
Community Development

Other Requirements are as follows:

Candidate with ability to work in remote areas.
Candidate with a valid motorcycle driving license.
Candidate with a strong understanding of Village Savings and Lending Systems (VSLA) or the S4T model.
Candidate who is Fluent in English language
Candidate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
