Your Role as an Executive Sous Chef

As an Executive Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in the kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef, managing food production, leading the kitchen and stewarding teams, and maintaining a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

✔ Kitchen Leadership & Staff Development

Train, mentor, and oversee kitchen staff to maintain excellence in culinary operations.
Conduct regular briefings, performance evaluations, and departmental meetings.
Foster a culture of teamwork and passion for exceptional cuisine.

✔ Menu Planning & Food Quality

Assist in developing innovative menus that align with our luxury standards.
Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Uphold portion control and high-quality standards across all dishes.

✔ Cost Control & Operational Efficiency

Manage labor costs, inventory, and purchasing to maintain financial efficiency.
Optimize kitchen operations for smooth and effective service.

✔ Hygiene & Safety Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and food safety regulations.
Maintain an impeccably clean and organized kitchen environment.

✔ Guest Experience & Communication

Foster a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
Address guest preferences and feedback with care and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Education: A degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience).
✔ Experience: 2-5 years in a senior culinary management role, with expertise in pastry design and menu creation.
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities. Experience with kitchen technology and food production equipment is essential.
