Key Duties and Responsibilities

As Sellected Executive Chef in this position you will be responsible for;

✔ Overseeing the preparation and presentation of high quality dishes through ensuring consistency and excellence
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to develop seasonal and innovative menus that align with guest preferences, budget considerations and market trends
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to manage food cost, pricing strategies and inventory so that to maintain profitability
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to supervise kitchen staff including hiring, training and performance evaluations
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to maintain high sanitation and hygiene standards by complying with Four Seasons policies
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director so that to enhance dining experiences and plan special events
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure all kitchen equipments are well maintained and meets operational standards
✔ As sellected candidate you will be required to foster a positive and professional work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity
