1. Customer Receptionists (Male & Female)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Welcome and assist every customer visiting the company with professionalism.
✔ Demonstrate proper guest etiquette and provide excellent customer service.
✔ Prepare and serve coffee and tea when necessary.
✔ Learn and understand the company’s products to provide accurate information to customers.
✔ Maintain a positive attitude and strong attention to detail in all customer interactions.
Requirements
✔ Presentable appearance with a pleasant personality.
✔ Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles, preferably in high-end hotels or service industries.
✔ Excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
✔ Must adhere to company policies and regulations.
✔ Maintain the cleanliness of the exhibition hall, ensuring floors, display areas, and furniture are spotless.
✔ Clean display cabinets, windows, glass surfaces, and other presentation areas daily.
✔ Ensure restrooms are sanitized and stocked, with no odors or dirt present.
✔ Manage cleaning supplies, ensuring tools are well-maintained and stock levels are sufficient.
Requirements
✔ Neat appearance and professional demeanor.
✔ At least 3 years of experience in professional cleaning, preferably in high-end service environments such as hotels.
✔ Familiarity with different cleaning tools and techniques.
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
✔ Must comply with company policies and regulations.
✔ Safely transport company staff, materials, and products to designated locations.
✔ Perform routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance checks.
✔ Keep accurate records of vehicle usage and report any maintenance needs.
✔ Ensure all necessary vehicle documents are up to date.
Requirements
✔ Valid driving license for the specific vehicle type (cars, trucks, loaders).
✔ Car drivers must be fluent in English (spoken & written).
✔ Good knowledge of Dar es Salaam’s roads and key locations.
✔ Willingness to travel for long-distance business trips when required.
✔ Must adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
✔ Assist with cargo handling, loading, and unloading.
✔ Complete daily tasks assigned by supervisors efficiently.
✔ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
✔ Be proactive in identifying areas where assistance is needed.
Requirements
✔ Physically strong and able to perform manual labor.
✔ Males aged 18 to 38 preferred.
✔ Ability to adapt to a warehouse environment with a positive work ethic.
