Employee Relations Associate Job 

At Japan Tobacco International (JTI ) we are looking  for Employee Relations Associate for the purpose of fostering  positive and collaborative work environment.  As selected candidate at JTI you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships between the organization and employees through ensuring that you comply with labor laws.

POSITION: Employee Relations Associate

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Dar es Salaam Tanzania

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• As Sellected candidate you will facilitate internal disciplinary by ensuring the company comply with policies and procedures.
• In this position you will stand to represent the company in labor court.
• You will be required  to provide Assistance in developing and maintaining of collective bargaining agreements with unions so that to promote a fair and balanced employees Relations
• You will be required to keep employee records updated in all files
• In this position you will develop and  enforce workers to adhere to workplace policies and procedures.
• As suitable  andidate at JTI, you will lead initiatives so that to enhance employee engagement as result of creating  positive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate with degree in Law or Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice
• Candidate with experience in handling industrial relations matters.
• Fluent in both  written and spoken English and Swahili language
• You have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate with good understanding of Tanzania labor laws.
