ALAF Tanzania is a leader in Construction materials manufacturing in Tanzania. The company is looking for experienced Electrical Technician to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems and components
• Conducting preventive maintenance to identify potential issues
• Installing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems as needed.
• Collaborating with other departments for the electrical project
• Ensuring safety protocols and switchgear tests are performed during maintenance activities
• Assisting in substation monitoring and meter reading

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in electrical engineering or related
• Experience in electrical maintenance within manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Able to work after working hours
