About the Role

As an Education Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting education initiatives in Tanzania. You will be based in Mbeya, Mwanza, or Bagamoyo and work closely with education stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes and strengthen the education system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and technical support to education stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of VVOB’s programs.
• Collaborate with ministries of education, schools, and other partners to develop and implement strategies that improve learning quality.
• Conduct research and data analysis to assess education challenges and recommend evidence-based solutions.
• Support the development of teacher training programs, curriculum improvements, and education policies.
• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, ensuring alignment with VVOB’s mission and goals.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events.
