Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategies to drive sustainable growth
Collaborating with the Finance Officer to monitor budgets, review expenditures and track sales targets.
Boosting brand presence through marketing, social media, events and partnerships.
Managing customer satisfaction initiatives and feedback systems to ensure excellent service delivery.
Oversee recruitment, staff retention, performance reviews and professional development.
Guiding teams in delivering of high-quality events
Qualifications
Three years of working experience in operations or Business leadership
Advanced Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Administration or Management
