At Ecobank Tanzania we are currently hiring for a Direct Sales Agent, Team Leader to join our working team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates in sales professional and with a passion business growth.

Job Overview

As sellected candidate, you will be responsible in identifying of new customers including local companies and social groups.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

✔ Identifying and onboarding of new customers including organizations and social groups.
✔ Promoting and selling of Ecobank products and services

✔ Facilitating the opening of various CMB accounts for new customers.
✔ Acting as the first point of contact for potential clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns.

✔ Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients so that to enhance customer retention.
✔ Gathering and reporting client feedback, market trends and other concerns.
✔ Ensuring excellent customer service and doing quick resolution of inquiries or complaints.

✔ Maintaining of the accurate sales records and submitting reports to the responsible Bank Officer for commission payments.

Qualifications and Experience

🎓 Education and Certifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance or related field.

💡 Experience and Skills:

✔ Minimum of 2 years of working experience in position of sales and relationship management in banking or telecommunication sector.
✔ Sales and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
