Key Duties and Responsibilities

• You will be required to maintain a strong focus on workplace safety through attending required training by following PPE guidelines.
• You will ensure strict adherence of Barrick policies and procedures.
• You will be Reviewing bin locations at all times before and after stock-taking processes.
• In this position you will be required to conduct planned stock-taking exercises basing on standard of Operating Procedures.
• You will required to accurately take records and updating inventory data in the system.
• You will be required to investigate and resolve all discrepancies that will be found during stock counts.
• In this position you will submit counted inventory for the approval as per Delegation of  the Authority needs
• In this position at Barrick Tanzania  you will be required to maintain workplace cleanliness including ensuring that all counting equipments are in good condition.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidate with certificate in Supply Chain Management or a related.
• Candidate with O- Level Certificate (Form IV).
• Candidate with one or two  years of working experience in warehouse or inventory management is preferred

Skills and Competencies

• Candidate with strong communication skills.
• Cabdudate with excellent analytical plus problem solving skills
• You have familiarity with inventory management tools.
• You are good in use of Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Candidate with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Candidate with ability to multitask and deliver tasks on time
