Your Duties and  Responsibilities:

✅ Engage with customers: You will quickly and accurately respond to the customers inquiries via chat and email by turning questions into solutions.
✅ Resolve challenges: As Sellected candidate you will be required to solve customer complaints in professional way.
✅ Ensure satisfaction: As Sellected candidate you will be required to maintain friendly and professional tone by ensuring every interaction leaves the customer happy.
✅ Keep track: As Sellected candidate you will be required to Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions for a seamless service experience.
✅ Drive improvements: As Sellected candidate you will be required to identify opportunities for process enhancements and share insights with management.
