This Position requires candidate who are passionate about helping others including candidates who are good working with Customers. Betpawa would like to have you on board as a Customer Support Agent!

What You’ll Do:

✅ As Sellected candidate you will guide customers through our platform by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
✅ you will communicate by using various ways of communication such as Messages, phone, and email.
✅ You will work in delivering assistance Services and addressing concerns while ensuring Customers satisfaction.
✅ in this position you will conduct call-out exercises so that educate clients about new products and promotions

Qualification

Education: Candidate with at least two years college education.
Languages: Candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to speak Kiswahili and English fluently.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
Skills:You have excellent problem-solving and interpersonal Skills
Work Ethic: The candidate with ability to work independently at minimal supervision.
Passion:A candidate with the ability to heal customers and improving their experience.
Industry Knowledge: Candidate with interest in sports and betting will be added advantage.
