Customer Success Representative at DreamStart Labs
DreamStart Labs is currently looking for a Customer Success Representative to join their working team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. As a Selected candidate, you will help in expanding the company base in which you will be offered an opportunity to work with award-winning social impact startups in the assigned area

Job Overview
As a selected candidate at DreamStart Labs, you will work closely with partners, savings groups and local stakeholders in Tanzania and you will be required to report to the Regional Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Training – As a Selected candidate, you will be required to teach local partners how to use DreamSave for setting up groups, running meetings and troubleshooting.
- User Support – providing excellent customer service, resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Brand Representation – Representing DreamStart Labs at conferences, workshops and media events
- Translation – Translating training materials and creating content in Kiswahili and English Language
At DreamStart Labs we are looking for a passionate, proactive and customer-focused candidate with the following qualifications;
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Candidate with the ability to solve problems.
- Experience in using Android smartphones
- Fluent in both English and Kiswahili Language
- Degree holder.
- General knowledge of savings groups.

- Respond quickly to partner inquiries and urgent support requests.
- Engage with users listen to their feedback and suggest improvements.
