Position: Customer Service Officer 

Location: Dar es Salaam

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• As sellected individual at Platinum Credit you will provide exceptional customer support and ensuring their Satisfaction
• You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with customer.
• As professional you will make sure your operations comply with ghe company policies and operational standards.
• You will be required  to ensure confidentiality of customer information.
• You elwill be required to handle administrative work including  preparation of necessary reports.

Qualifications  and Experience

• Candidate with Diploma in a relevant field.
• You are able to use computer applications.
• Candidate with experience in handling customer queries will be added advantage

• You have good communication and customer service abilities
• You are abile to analyze and solve Customer problems
• You have excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Candidate with high emotional intelligence with the ability of managing interactions effectively.
