VisionFund Tanzania Microfinance Bank is a growing microfinance institution in Tanzania with more than 60,000 customers whose 5000 are smallholder farmers. The organization is currently hiring for Customer Service Officer to join their working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Entering Data in VFT system and ensuring the data are accurate
- Handling customer service inquiries
- Overseeing mobile changes and payslips at the Branch
- Managing payments and preparing of journals
- Assisting customers in checking their loan eligibility

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Microfinance or Business Administration
- Good in data entry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
