Mkombozi Bank is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Morogoro branch as a Customer Service and Operations Manager (CSOM). If you have a strong background in banking operations and customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA (T) or ACCA certification is required.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in financial management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of banking operations, including YC, AML, and compliance regulations.
- Provide effective leadership and manage a high-performing team.
- Oversee branch cash management, reconciliation processes, and financial controls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently handling complex inquiries and issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while implementing robust security and control measures.
