Since its establishment in 2015, the company has invested over $50 million in the industry, achieving a daily production capacity of 80,000+ square meters of ceramic tiles. As we continue to expand, we are looking for enthusiastic and professional Customer Receptionists (both male and female) to join our team.

Position: Customer Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

✔ Warmly welcome and assist every customer visiting the company.
✔ Exhibit professional etiquette when receiving guests.
✔ Prepare and serve tea and coffee to visitors when needed.
✔ Provide exceptional customer service with a keen attention to detail.
✔ Learn about the company’s products and services to confidently introduce them to customers.

Requirements

✔ Well-groomed with a professional and presentable appearance.
✔ Smart, eager to learn, and outgoing with a friendly personality.
✔ Prior experience in hospitality or customer service (experience in high-end hotels is a plus).
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
✔ Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
