Key Duties and Responsibilities

Credit Scoring and Risk Assessment

As sellected candidate at Linda pesa you will be required to develop and implement credit scoring models so that to assess customer creditworthiness.
As sellected candidate you will be required to analyze financial statements, payment histories and risk factors
As sellected candidate you will be required to monitor credit risk trends and recommend on policy adjustments.

Credit Collections and Recovery

As sellected candidate at Linda pesa you will be required to Lead the collections team by ensuring the efficient recovery of outstanding debts.
As sellected candidate you will be required to develop and implement strategies so that to reduce on non-performing loans.
As sellected candidate you will be required to establish collection policies, negotiate repayment plans and managing escalations.

Bank Operations and Compliance

As sellected candidate you will be required to ensure credit and collections processes that will comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
As sellected candidate you will be required to collaborate with risk, finance and legal teams.
As sellected candidate you will be required to maintain compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and audit guidelines.

Team Leadership and Performance Management

As sellected candidate you will be required to lead, mentor and developing team of credit analysts and collection officers.
As sellected candidate you will be required to set performance targets and monitor team productivity.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidate with Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related.
Candidate with at least five years of working experience in credit scoring, collections and banking operations.
Candidate with strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, lending regulations and loan collections best practices.
Candidate with experience in leading a team of at least five members
Candidate with knowledge of financial analysis, data interpretation and credit scoring methodologies.
Candidate with excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
Candidate who is Fluent in English language
