At Nala Tanzania we are currently hiring for Country Manager to join our working environment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.  As Sellected candidate you will take an unique opportunity of taking the ownership of Tanzania growth for the Rafiki B2B payments product.

Your Duties and Responsibilities 

✅ Securing the Best Commercial Terms

• As sellected candidate you will be required to negotiate and renegotiate deals so that to ensure Rafiki operates with the most competitive pricing in the market.

✅ Ensuring Compliance and Regulatory Approvals

• As sellected candidate you will be required to work with the internal teams and regulators

✅ Optimizing FX Rates

• As sellected candidate you will be required to identify top FX partners, analyze competitor pricing and implement cost saving strategies do that to secure the best foreign exchange rates.

✅ Building Strong Relationships

• As sellected candidate you will be required to travel to the key markets so that to collaborate with banks, industry experts, consultants and regulators.

✅ Acquiring New Partners

• As sellected candidate you will be required to continuously identify strategic partners so that to enhance operational resilience and minimize risk.

✅ Problem Solving and Troubleshooting

• As sellected candidate you will be required to collaborate with finance, compliance, legal, treasury  and payment operations teams to resolve market challenges quickly and effectively.
