Position: Community Organizer Intern (Female Applicants Only)
As sellected you will be required to engage with clients directly to ensure timely loan collections
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying new customers through field surveys
- Supporting in loan processing and disbursement
- Following repayments and managing overdue collections
- Preparing of weekly and monthly reports
- Ensuring all activities follow BRAC standards

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Public Admin or related
- Fresh graduates with two years experience in microfinance
- Good communication skills
- Team player with good time management and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English language
