What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media & Communication, Journalism, Multimedia, or a related field.
✔ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage audiences and build brand loyalty.
✔ Fluency in English with strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Key Skills & Experience:

📌 Social Media Expertise – Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok, with hands-on experience in content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
📌 Content Creation & Editing – Ability to develop compelling case studies, impact reports, and multimedia content (text, images, and videos).
📌 Photography & Videography – Strong skills in shooting and editing high-quality visual content.
📌 Graphic Design – Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools to create visually appealing graphics.
📌 Data & IT Proficiency – Strong organisational skills in content storage, data management, and digital communication.
📌 Confidentiality & Integrity – Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
📌 Self-Motivated & Independent – A proactive attitude, capable of working without constant supervision.
