Key Responsibilities

✔ Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing professional and personalized service.
✔ Welcome and seat guests in the Club Rotana lounge while ensuring their comfort.
✔ Take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and accuracy.
✔ Maintain a deep understanding of the food & beverage menu to make recommendations and assist guests.
✔ Ensure top-quality service by consistently monitoring food and beverage presentation.
✔ Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
✔ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the lounge, ensuring a well-kept dining area.
✔ Prepare for service by setting up the lounge before, during, and after shifts (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene).
✔ Minimize wastage and spoilage while handling service equipment with care.
✔ Use upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
✔ Follow all hotel safety, health, and environmental policies to ensure a secure work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Fluent in English (written & verbal); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
✅ Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
✅ Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Basic computer literacy (experience with Opera software is an advantage).
✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and guests.
